REFUND POLICY

Here at Z-GUARD™, we want to provide the best experience to our customers and make them stay always connected and happy. However, if our products are not a great fit for some reasons, a return, replacement, or refund is necessary.


When you place an order at Z-GUARD™, you automatically accept our terms, conditions, and policies without exceptions, so it is imperative to understand them and confirm where and when your requirement would apply and most important, be accepted by our team.

Also, we must clarify that our products are made with the strongest materials in the industry to provide a different experience than other brands. However, it doesn’t mean they are indestructible. Please don’t submit them to any kind of “strength tests”.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, that is why every single Z-GUARD™ product comes with a 30-DAY GUARANTEE from the date of delivery.

To get a return + refund, please contact our support team at support@zguardus.com with the subject: RETURN + ORDER NUMBER. If you meet our requirements, we will send a pre-paid label so you can ship the product back to our headquarters.

To be eligible for a return and refund, you MUST meet the following conditions:
- We ONLY accept returns within the first 30 DAYS from the date of delivery.

- The product and accessories must be returned in their original box. If this does not happen, we will subtract $10.00 from the paid amount.

- We do not accept physically broken and damaged products returned. If you send the product in these conditions, you are not entitled for a refund.

- You MUST use a return label provided from the Z-GUARD™ Team.

- When we receive the product, we will provide you a refund within 5-7 business days LESS the shipping and handling costs, if applies.

If you are requesting a return and refund AFTER 30 days from the delivery day, or you do not meet and accept ALL the conditions explained above you will be NOT ELIGIBLE and your support ticket will be automatically closed.

FOR REPLACEMENTS:
Your Z-GUARD™ product has 30 days of guarantee.

As we explained above, just contact our support team and we will be back to you in 24 hours.

To be eligible for a replacement, you MUST meet the following conditions:
- We ONLY accept replacements within the first 30 DAYS from the date of delivery.

- We ONLY accept replacements due to internal or software issues.

- We do not accept physically broken and damaged products. If you send the product in these conditions, you are not entitled for a replacement.

You MUST return the product within 24-48 hours with a pre-paid shipping label provided by our team. If 48 hours have passed, we will cancel the pre-paid label and you will not be entitled for a replacement.

After we receive and check the defective device, we will create a new shipment and you will receive your new product within 3 to 5 business days.

If you are requesting a replacement AFTER 30 days from the delivery day, or do not meet our requirements you will be NOT ELIGIBLE and your support ticket will be automatically closed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Due to the fact that we process our new orders within 1 hour from purchase, we are not able to make any kind of changes or cancellation to your order (*exceptions apply, see below) once you’ve completed it.

This includes the following cases:
- Item Change
- Delivery or Billing Address
- Adding Items to your order
- Shipping Method
- Discounts

Claims about your order:
Any order claims (missing parts, incomplete order) should be submitted via support@zguardus.com in the first 48 hours of the item being delivered by the carrier, proofs must be provided including pictures of the packaging and items received. Claims made after the first 48 hours will not be taken into consideration.

Z-GUARD™ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCORRECT ADDRESSES BEING ENTERED BY THE CUSTOMER AND WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY KIND OF REFUND. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU’RE ENTERING THE RIGHT INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

IF YOU SUBMITTED THE RIGHT INFORMATION AND THE PACKAGE GETS STOLEN OR LOST IN TRANSIT, YOU ARE ONLY ENTITLED FOR A 50% PARTIAL REFUND SINCE IT IS A RESPONSIBILITY FROM SHIPPING CARRIERS.

Exceptions apply: If the product you bought through our website is in PRE-ORDER, you are eligible to change the address or select a new shipping method.

RETURNED TO SENDER AND REFUSED PACKAGES:
As soon as we receive the package back to our offices, you are eligible for a RESHIPMENT AT NO COST or a FULL REFUND.
