Z-Guard Mouth Tape is designed for general safety and comfort; however, please refrain from using this product if you experience nasal breathing difficulties. It should not be used without a CPAP device if you have a BMI over 35. Additionally, avoid using Z-Guard if you have low blood pressure, severe cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, or if you are suffering from a cold, sinus infection, or ear infection. Do not apply Z-Guard if you have severely chapped lips, compromised skin around the mouth, or if you have recently consumed alcohol or sedatives.
